Delete your account

You can delete your Monkey Business Manager account at any time.

In the app

1. Sign in and open Settings, then Security.
2. Tap Delete my account, type DELETE, and confirm.

Can't sign in?

Email support@chipmonkeysinc.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you and delete it within 30 days.

What's deleted

• Your sign-in. You won't be able to log in again.
• Your personal info: name, email, phone number, profile photo and tax forms.
• Your registered devices and notifications.

What's kept

Business records your company is required to keep (invoices, jobs, time and pay history, and bookkeeping entries) stay with the company, attached to "Deleted user" instead of your name. See our privacy policy for how long records are kept.
