Reply to your order confirmation email with a photo of the repair within 60 days of delivery. That's it... no forms, no return shipping, you keep the original bottle.
The guarantee covers the color match on the vehicle the paint was matched for. It doesn't cover damage beyond chip-and-scratch touch-up (that's body shop territory, and we'll tell you honestly when it is). Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
