I do 100+ cars a month... in 2.5 days a week.

How it works

Tag. Scan. Fix. Get paid.

The Monkey Method, baked into a workflow that does the paperwork for you.

01

Tag the car

Stick an NFC tag on the car the second it hits the lot. One sticker. No clipboards, no spreadsheet, no chasing the salesperson for a VIN.

02

Scan & quote

Tap the tag, walk the car, shoot the chips. The app builds the inspection, the quote, and the dealer-approval link. You quote a car in 90 seconds.

03

Do the work

Ghost overlay nails your after-photo to the before. Monkey Match pulls the right bottle out of YOUR inventory... including the paint you already own, any brand.

04

Get paid

Invoice fires automatically. Dealer gets it the moment the car's done. Books update themselves. End of day = nothing left to do.

The whole deal

$0

To start. No subscription. No setup fee. No card.

Here's what that zero replaces every month

  • Field app... scheduling, jobs, invoicing~$200/mo
  • Accounting + a real bookkeeper~$390/mo
  • CRM, email + marketing~$97/mo
  • Payroll, time tracking + GPS clock-in~$80/mo

Call it ~$767 a month of duct tape... canceled.

Typical market rates for similar tools, shown for illustration... not exact quotes.

So what's the catch?

You're right to ask. There is one.

You get the entire app... every feature, no limits... on your first 5 cars. Free. Prove it on real cars before you pay a dime.

After that, we ask 7% of the work you complete... billed to your card once a week. On a $75 chip repair, that's $5.25. Every completed car counts after your first 5... cash, check, or card.

That's it. That's the catch.

We call it The First Five

Install the full app... every feature, no card on file... and run your next five cars through it on a real lot. If it isn't the fastest lot walk you've ever done, delete it. You've paid nothing and you owe nothing.

You've been burned by “free” before... so let's kill the flashbacks:

No trial clock... your 5 free cars never expireThe entire app from car one... nothing crippledUnlimited users... no per-seat pricingNo card at signupWalk away anytime... your formulas, customers, and history leave with you

Who this is NOT for

If you touch up one car a month as a hobby, keep the notebook... it's working fine. If you want an app that does the painting for you, that app doesn't exist and this isn't it. And if you're hunting a get-rich button, keep scrolling... this is a tool for people who do the work. If you're on lots every week, or serious about getting there, it was built for you.

Takes about a minute. No card, nothing to cancel... the next page collects your setup info and you're in.

Start today or start next month... the first 5 cars stay free either way. The busywork hours you burn between now and then are the only thing you can't get back.

One touch-up guy to another

The painting was never
the hard part.

I'm a touch-up guy, same as you. Six kids, a kit in the truck, and I cracked the actual work years ago. All I ever wanted was to make a good living doing it and be home for my kids. That was the whole dream.

But I'll be straight about where I started. I'm a redneck. I grew up fighting for everything I had, and I was scared to death the first time I walked up to a dealership... I drove past it twice and grabbed a bite just to settle my nerves. I'd always believed the answer to everything was the same: outwork it. Grind harder than the next guy. That belief got me in the door. It also almost cost me everything.

Because the work was never what nearly ended me. The business was. I double-charged a dealer and almost lost the account... I still feel the pit in my stomach. I was up at 11pm with a calculator and a dirty rag in my lap, re-typing every car into QuickBooks. And the nights I wasn't doing that, I was mixing formulas at the kitchen table instead of tucking my kids in. The harder I worked, the further behind I fell... and worse, the less I was the dad I was killing myself to be. I was home, but I wasn't home.

Then one night it hit me, and it changed everything. The problem was never the touch-up. Two things were quietly killing me... I couldn't see my own numbers, and everything around the actual painting was too slow. The money, the cars, the close rate, my recipes... all of it lived in my head and a shoebox, and every car ate an hour of busywork I wasn't getting paid for. I was flying blind and calling it hard work.

So I did the thing a redneck touch-up guy isn't supposed to be able to do. I taught myself to code, and I built the one tool I needed... a single place that could see all of it and cut out everything slow. The first version was garbage. My own subcontractor couldn't even figure out how to use it. So I rebuilt it around the hardest guy I had... Isaac, who's got ADHD and needs the fastest path to the point or he's gone. I rebuilt it, and rebuilt it, until the day he told me he'd rather use my app than anything on earth. That's the day I stopped being a guy drowning in his business and became a guy building his way out of it. If it works for Isaac, it works for anyone.

And the second I could finally see, the numbers showed me what I'd been blind to... I was leaving the whole lot on the table, pricing car by car. I went flat-rate and took the entire lot. Then the speed did the rest. A whole car... in, cleaned, scratches out, touched up, and billed... in about twenty minutes.

Today I do over 100 cars a month in two and a half days a week. And on every one of those days, I drop my kids off at school and I'm back in time to pick them up. The redneck everybody figured couldn't pull it off went from every night at the kitchen table to two and a half days a week... and got back the one thing he can never buy more of. Time with his kids.

I paid for that in years I'll never get back. You don't have to. What you're looking at is that exact tool... built by a touch-up guy, for a touch-up guy, to hand you your nights back.

Starting from zero?

The skill is the easy part.
The training comes with the app.

You don't need a paint background. The Monkey Method exists because I had to teach dealer-quality touch-up to techs who'd never matched a color in their lives... so every step is filmed, written down, and drilled in plain language. It's the exact method my own 100-car-a-month route runs on, and you get the whole thing free with the app.

Everything a from-zero start needs, included free:

The Monkey Method curriculum... the full technique, step by step
The dealer-acquisition playbook... how to land your first lot
Community + weekly coaching... you're not figuring it out alone

Just want to read first? Take the dealer-acquisition playbook free

Speed is the whole point

The lot walk... 5x faster.
The whole job... about half the time.

One ladder, three rungs: the lot walk drops from ~10 minutes a car to ~2. The whole job runs in about half the time. A full car... in, fixed, billed... about 20 minutes. And the 2-minute walk comes back with more information, not less.

The lot walk · old way
  • Walk the row with a clipboard
no pins, just rows of cars
  • Scribble year, make, panel, damage on the sheet
one line per car, half-legible by 3pm
  • Hunt down a key to read the paint-code sticker
find the salesperson, sign it out, bring it back
  • Dot the panel so you don't redo it
...then the wash sprays the dots off
  • Re-key the whole sheet into the computer that night
the same info, typed a second time
Per car~10 min
The lot walk · in the app
  • Tap the tag
car logged, GPS-pinned, marked... the tag doesn't wash off
  • VIN + paint code through the windshield
snap the VIN through the glass... no keys, ever
  • Before photos straight onto the inspection
every chip documented as you walk
  • Quote drafts itself as you shoot
ready to send before you reach the next car
Per car (incl. the walk)~2 min

And the 2 minutes captures 5x the information.

Before photosPaint codeVINGPS pinReady-to-send quote

The paper sheet comes back with one scribbled line per car.

Measured from our real account
<30s
fastest car... scanned & inspected
~80s
median, scan to inspected
~2 min
car to car, in the zone

These aren't claims. They're our timestamps... pulled from real cars in the app.

No more barcode scanner that reads half the time.

We built the best VIN reader on the market... snap a photo of the VIN at any angle, in any light. Draw it in the mud with your finger if you have to... the AI will do its damnedest to find it.

The Register Tag screen... AI reads the VIN off a photo, stamps the GPS, ready to verify in seconds

VIN read, GPS stamped, registered... in seconds.

And you never touch the keys.

The VIN's right there on the glass... read it through the windshield and the paint code comes straight from the VIN. No hunting down the salesperson, no signing out keys, no door-jamb sticker, no opening the car. Honestly... it takes longer to walk to the next car than to enter this one.

That's ~8 minutes back on every car... before you count the paperwork.

And even the painting got faster...which can cut your real time per car in half.

Monkey Match calls the bottle, the numbered kit hands it to you, and Monkey Milk... our leveling solution... smooths the repair without pulling the paint back out of the chip, so you're not redoing fills you already made.

(Personally? Since the new Monkey Milk formula I haven't pulled paint out of a single chip. Not one. ...Brandon)

Half the time per car means room for twice the cars in the same day. Same hands, same hours, more cars off the lot. Run it on your own numbers below... our 7% is in the math, nothing hidden.

Do the math on your own numbers

You charge$a car, and runcars a week.
The walk alone, the old way costs you ~8 extra min per car
~3 hours a week
you spend NOT painting... about 4 full work-weeks a year. And that's before invoices, books, and the night-shift data entry.
Today · 25 cars/week
$1,875/wk
Half the time · 50 cars/week
$3,750/wk

Fit in twice the cars... that's $3,750 a week. Our 7% of all of it: $263. You keep $3,488... up $1,613a week from where you're at today.

Would you pay $263 to take home an extra $1,613 a week?

That's about $14 of completed work for every $1 you pay us.

You just did the math on your own numbers... the first 5 cars are free either way.

Don't have double the cars waiting? Fine. Then the win is the ~3hours a week of unpaid busywork you just got back... and the dealer-acquisition playbook in the box is how you go get the next lot when you're ready. Either way, the 7% only ever follows work you complete.

Illustrative example using your own numbers. Your results depend on you... this is not a guarantee of earnings.

The part they can't figure out

A whole car... entered, cleaned, scratches out, touched up, and billed... in about 20 minutes.

While the other guy is still walking the lot and re-mixing paint, you're done and onto the next. Same price, double the cars. Or undercut him and still come out ahead. He stands there scratching his head... how's this guy profitable at those numbers?Because he can't see the 30 minutes of BS he's eating that you're not.

~20 min is my own average across the full job. Yours depends on you... this is not a guarantee.

The mark that actually stays

You already mark the cars you've checked. Your mark just doesn't last.

Walk the line, spot the cars nobody's touched yet, work the ones you do... that's the job. The whole thing falls apart on the marking: sharpie on the light fades, paper stickers dissolve, paint marker rubs off. (I ran chartreuse touch-up paint for years... it stuck the best and still came off.) So you re-check cars, lose your place, and miss a few.

The Touch Up Titans tag is a quality sticker built to stay put... and the app knows exactly which cars are done. Walk the line and the untouched ones are simply the ones without a tag. Never re-check, never miss a car, never lose your place when the lot gets washed.

And you only inspect the new cars... a 40-car lot with 10 new since your last pass is a ~20 minute stop, then you're back on the road. Stack three or four lots in a day.

Why I built it

You can't sell what they can't see.

You know the moment... the sales manager squints at a car you just fixed and can't tell you did a thing. Good for your pride, brutal for the invoice. A Ford manager once told me, “I can't find what you touched up.” That's when it hit me... if he can't see it, I can't prove it.

So I built ghost-overlay before/afters. The chip's there... then it's gone, tagged to the car. Swipe to compare. The proof shows itself.

AFTERAFTER
BEFOREBEFORE

You've been in that office

You hand him the list.
Now prove it.

You walk into the sales manager's office with a list of cars that need touch-up. He looks up: “Prove it.” You've got three bad options... or one good one.

Drag him out to the lot

He's not leaving his desk. The momentum dies and the list shrinks before you reach the door.

Scroll your camera roll

Fumbling through 400 unorganized photos while he checks his phone. Every second costs you a car.

Just tell him and hope

“Trust me, it's there.” Maybe he believes you. Maybe he cuts your list in half.

Or you pull up the list in the app.

Every car, every chip... photographed and tagged the second you inspected it, right there on the screen. Tap a line, show the damage, next. He approves the whole list in two minutes without leaving his chair.

A real MBM Lot Condition Report... three vehicles with damage photos and per-car pricing, ready for the sales manager to approve

A real Lot Condition Report from the app... tap a car, show the photos, approve the list.

The proof is organized before you walk in. That's the difference between a maybe and a yes.

One tag, every view

The same tag sells the car, runs the dealer, and routes your tech.

The tag knows who's scanning. A shopper, the dealer, and your tech all tap the same sticker... and each one sees a completely different thing.

A shopper scans it

Photos, the car's story, and a 360° virtual tour... inside the car at 9pm with the doors locked. Every parked car becomes an after-hours salesperson for your dealer.

The dealer scans it

His lot, his numbers: what needs work, what's approved, the lot condition report. Approvals happen from his desk... not from your camera roll.

Your tech scans it

The job: paint code, recipe, damage photos, history. The route is planned and the paint list is known before they ever leave the shop.

Run it as one loop:

A tagger walks the lot once... tags every car, shoots the 360, logs the damage. The dealer approves the list from his desk. Your tech leaves the shop with the route mapped and exactly the paint the day needs. And the 360 tour stickers? Dealers want those for their own shoppers... some operators sell the tour as its own service. The tag pays rent on that windshield either way.

Scale past your own two hands

Pay for performance... built in.

The reason most owners never hire: an hourly tech gets paid the same to milk the clock as to move. This app ships with the pay model that fixes it.

A cut of every car, not hours on a clock

Techs earn a percentage of every ticket they touch... more cars done right, more money, automatically. A guaranteed base-rate floor sits underneath, so nobody's gambling their rent on a slow day.

Good work levels them up... literally

Completed jobs and efficiency earn XP. XP raises their tier, and the tier raises their cut on every car after it. Your best tech ranks up like a game... and the rank IS the raise. You never have to negotiate one.

Sloppy work has a real cost

Rework raises a yellow flag. A flag costs XP... it sets back the rank they earned... and three flags drop them to base pay for a week. Quality polices itself. You don't have to.

Payroll rolls it all up on its own... payday is a tap, not a spreadsheet night. And you hire tech #1 without buying yourself a babysitting job.

This is a real account

Not a mockup.
Our actual business, running live.

Every screen here is the real ChipMonkeys account... real cars, real invoices, real books. Every invoice this business has sent since 2020 lives in it. It was built on our Indiana route and it's carrying the Tennessee expansion in 2026. The same app you'll be running your lots on. Tag a car, quote it, fix it, get paid, and watch the books update themselves.

Love what you use? Keep it.

Your paint is good.
It just doesn't remember.

Dr. Color Chip, Color N Drive, ProPaint, your OEM bottles... they're good paint, and you should keep using them. Same with the software... Mobile TechRX and the shop systems are solid tools. Nothing wrong with any of it.

There's just one thing none of them do: remember. The recipe you nailed last Tuesday, the bottle that matched that silver Tahoe, the dealer you quoted in 90 seconds... it all lives in your head or on a sticky note. Monkey Match remembers every recipe and hands it back the next time that color rolls onto the lot, with the rest of your business attached.

Enter your own formulas and build right on top of them. Mix one, rate it, and it's yours forever. The app pairs each formula to a connected scale and counts you down to the gram... pour till it hits zero, no eyeballing, no test-spraying three bottles. Spectro-verify it and it climbs the ranks. Your recipes get sharper every car... and they're yours, not ours.

Bring the paint and the tools you already trust. Import your whole truck by CSV, any brand. This just makes all of it easier to run.

Works with what you already run
  • Any paint brand... import your whole bottle list
  • Enter your own formulas... the system builds from them
  • A connected scale mixes by weight, down to the gram
  • The matches and mixes you've already proven, remembered
  • Your dealers, your routes, your pricing
  • Add Monkey Milk + our paint only when you want to

Every second counts

The app tells you which bottle.
No searching.

Your kit is numbered 1 to 27. Scan the car and Monkey Match doesn't just find the color... it calls the exact bottle out of your case. “Bottle 14.” Reach in, grab it, paint. No digging, no test-spraying three bottles to find the match.

Putting your own paint in a blank bottle? Tap the bottle to your phoneand it's programmed... the app knows bottle 14 is that color from then on. Even the bottles are built for speed... tap to load, tap to use, no typing.

And it tracks every bottle as you go... what you used, what's running low, when to reorder. Your paint inventory counts itself.

  • Mapped to your numbered kit, 1 to 27
  • Tap a bottle to program your own paint in
  • No hunting, no guessing, no test sprays
  • Usage + low-stock + reorder tracked automatically

Best part? You don't even have to buy the kit. I'll teach you to 3D print your own case... and your own replacement parts. No gatekeeping. I'd rather you put the money into cars than into me.

The numbered Touch Up Titans paint kit open on a hood, with the color swatch deck... 27 bottles the app calls by number

All of it for

$0 monthly

After your first 5 free cars, it's 7% of the work you complete, billed weekly. Slow week? Small fee. No cars completed? No fee.

That stack up there bills you $767 a month whether you painted or not.

Comparison uses typical market rates for similar tools, for illustration... not exact competitor pricing or a quote. No card required to start.

The big idea

Touch-up is a real trade.
It deserves a real operator stack.

Every other industry has its own platform... HVAC has ServiceTitan, plumbing has Joist, lawn care has Jobber. Touch-up has been stuck pretending its problems are the same as plumbing's.

This is the first operator stack built FOR touch-up, BY a touch-up operator... and it only makes money when you do.

No monthly fee, ever.

Install free, no monthly bill. We earn a small share of the work you complete, charged to your card once a week. We grow when you grow, so we make MBM the best thing you use.

Straight answers

The questions you should be asking.

What counts as “work you complete”?

When you mark a job done in the app, the invoiced value of that work counts. 7% of it goes on your tab. No reporting, no spreadsheet... the app already knows. The fee follows the work you complete, not the check... complete the job and it counts, whether or not the customer has paid you yet.

How does the fee actually get collected?

If your customer pays an invoice by card in the app, that job's 7% comes out of the payment right there... same fee, just collected on the spot, never double-charged. Whatever's left on your tab (cash jobs, checks) bills to your card once a week. Card payments also carry standard processing (Stripe's rate plus 1.5%)... same as any card reader.

Is there a contract? How do I quit?

No contract, no term, no cancellation call. The fee only accrues on work you complete... stop running cars and nothing new accrues. Walk away whenever you want.

Do I have to buy your paint or your kit?

No. Bring any brand... Dr. Color Chip, Color N Drive, OEM bottles, your own mixes. Import your whole truck by CSV. Monkey Milk and our paint are there when you want them, and you can 3D print the kit yourself... we show you how.

Do I need to buy anything to start?

No. The app is $0 and there's no card at signup. NFC tags run $1.25 apiece, and the app can even run tagless... so your very first cars can happen before a single tag arrives. Kits and our paint are optional, priced separately. Start with the paint already in your truck.

What happens to my formulas and my customers if I leave?

They're yours. Your proven mixes, your customer list, your job history... your property, not ours.

I've never touched paint. Is this really for me?

Yes. The method was built to be taught... techs with zero paint experience learn it step by step, on camera and in person. The Monkey Method curriculum, the dealer-acquisition playbook, community, and weekly coaching are all included free. You're not figuring it out alone.

Stop running your business
out of group texts and notebooks.

Tag the car. Scan it. Fix it. Get paid. Everything else handled by the app... and your first 5 cars don't cost you a dime.

The whole deal, one more time

You get the full Touch Up Titans Edition app... NFC scan-to-inspect, VIN through the windshield, Monkey Match against your own bottles, auto invoicing, AI books, crew pay. You get the Monkey Method training, the dealer-acquisition playbook, and weekly coaching... included. Your first 5 cars are free, no card to start. After that, 7% of the work you complete, billed to your card once a week. No monthly fee. No contract. No cancellation call. And your formulas, your customers, your job history stay yours... even if you leave.
